This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the practices of UM6P Canada Inc. (“UM6P Canada”, “we”, “us” or “our”) with respect to the use and disclosure of your personal information, as defined in the definition of personal information section below. More specifically, the purpose of this policy is to explain how and for what purposes UM6P Canada collects, uses, shares or otherwise processes your personal information when you visit our website (“Website”), or communicate with us in person, by telephone or by e-mail, including when you apply for a professional or academic opportunity at UM6P Canada, participate in one of our research or entrepreneurial projects, or complete one of our training courses.

Information collected directly from you:

  • Professional information including information in your CV, cover letter, work experience and educational background. In particular, we collect this information when you apply for a position at UM6P Canada and upon submission of a research or innovation/entrepreneurship project.
  • Information about your interests and projects including your areas of interest and the projects or initiatives in which you are involved or plan to become involved at UM6P Canada. In particular, we collect this information when you submit a research or innovation and entrepreneurship project to us.
  • Additional information we may collect any other personal information you share with us, including when you contact us via our Online Application Form [insert link to form].

Information collected automatically:

We automatically collect information when you use our website using technologies such as cookies and pixels.
