Business development involves connecting Canadian and African ecosystems around high-potential projects. Thanks to our bilateral presence and involvement in numerous technology programs, UM6P Global Hubs Canada plays an active role in identifying innovative projects, strategic talents, and value-added partnerships. We also develop a tailored range of services to address the specific needs of institutions, companies, and government partners across both continents.
Through this mission, we are strengthening our role as a strategic bridge between two complementary ecosystems:
- UM6P Global Hubs Canada acts as a structuring bridge between Canada and Africa, facilitating collaborations that connect the Global North and South. We provide organizations seeking to engage with the African continent with a privileged access platform built on UM6P’s pan-African presence, institutional network, and innovation capital.
- At the same time, we support African stakeholders aiming to enter the Canadian or North American market by identifying the appropriate technological, commercial, and institutional levers aligned with their ambitions.
- We conduct sectoral market analyses, feasibility studies, and exploratory missions to identify concrete partnership opportunities.
- We co-organize bilateral events (forums, B2B meetings, reverse delegations) to foster encounters between the supply and demand for innovation and impactful solutions.
